For updates on when your biosensor will arrive, you can track your delivery as follows:
Go to www.hellolingo.com and sign-in. Remember, your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
Select Orders then Order Details.
To follow the delivery status, you’ll find a tracking link in your order confirmation email.
If your order shows as delivered but you didn't get it, please check it hasn’t been left nearby or with a neighbor. If you still can’t find your delivery, please get in touch with us at lingosupport-us@hellolingo.com
