You can change your payment details for any reason. If your payment is declined, you’ll get a notification. If you need to update your payment details, follow these steps:
- Log in to www.hellolingo.com. Reminder: your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
- Log into your Account.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Select Payment details.
- Tap on Edit payment method to update your credit card information.
Please note: You don’t need to update your payment details if you purchased the 2-week Plan or 4-week Plan as these plans won't auto renew.
